Mr. Viral Maniar : Having an industrial exposure of more than 5 years into the field of HR, Viral is BE/MBA/LLB by qualification. Post his MBA, he has worked with reputed company like Torrent Power. He has the ability to provide appropriate selection procedure, proper training and handling legal issues. His qualification clubbed with sound HR exposure makes him a competent player to handle large scale manpower with simple but effective retention strategies.
