Ms. Bhumika Iyer : She carries with her a sound exposure of more than 15 years in the Talent Acquisition industry, which enhances her confidence in overseeing Global recruitment strategy, its operations and Business Development. Her wide ranging experience in almost all kinds of industries and her passion of aligning recruitment with quality makes her synonymous as a competent recruitment partner who also strongly believes in long-term client relationship . She has been a witness of change happening in recruitment industry in her vast experience which enables her to face any challenge in recruitment and guide and mentor team for niche requirements. She brings in a very unique and diverse experience, partnering the HR (single window solution) domain responsible for Recruitment, Training & Development and Outsourcing.

Mr. Viral Maniar : Having an industrial exposure of more than 7 years into the field of HR, Viral is BE/MBA/LLB by qualification. Post his MBA, he has worked with reputed company like Torrent Power. He has the ability to provide appropriate selection procedure, proper training and handling legal issues. His qualification clubbed with sound HR exposure makes him a competent player to handle large scale manpower with simple but effective retention strategies.

Mr. Rajiv Poduval : A veteran of HR/Administration for more than 20 years, he is known for his strategic thinking and innovation in Branding, Innovation and Corporate Communications. He is Passionate about solving business growth challenges and committed to keeping the consumer at the heart of a challenge, working to see beyond articulated customer needs and market trends to uncover hidden motivations and value levers and using these insights to create and deliver differentiated, compelling and commercially-successful answers. Having started his career with Indian Army, after his MBA, he has worked for reputed companies like Lambda Therapeutic Research & Med. Inst., SGVP Int., Sterling Hospital, Patni Computers, Torrent Power and Adani Power. He has the capability to understand the client requirement promptly and and has potential to suggest them an apt solution for the business hassles.
